Mayor Deirdre Comerford invites you to welcome your child into the Mackay community at the Baby Welcoming Ceremony.

Time: 10am to 12noon
When: Sunday, March 10, 2013
Where: MECC North Foyer, Alfred Street

Registration desk open at 9:30am.

Registrations close Friday, February 22, 2013.

The Baby Welcoming ceremony provides the community with an opportunity to publicly welcome and celebrate our region’s newest residents.

Families who live in the Mackay Regional Council local government area are invited to register their baby, up to 15 months to take part in Mackay’s Baby Welcoming Ceremony.

• Each baby will receive a welcome certificate.
• Information stalls will be available for parents on child care services.
